BILLING

Payment processing with Honey Run Boutique is safe and secure. Payment is processed by First Data Global Gateway e4℠ (certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification) and Honey Run Boutique never obtains nor stores credit card numbers. All prices are given in US Dollars ($USD). Sales tax is applicable to customers located in Tennessee, USA. 

Accepted forms of payment include credit cards American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. 

SHIPPING INFO

Our shipping method is United States Postal Service Priority Mail for all packages excluding overly heavy ones that will possibly ship UPS. A USPS Express Mail option is available however DOES NOT place your order ahead of others.  


RUSH ORDERS
The nature of our custom shop is to turn orders around quickly.  However, during busy seasons, there may be a need to charge a rush fee if you need an order mailed earlier than our current processing time allows.  Rush fees are based on order size and turnaround time needed. Please contact us by email if your order needs to be rushed at info@honeyrunboutique.com.


APO and FPO SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 


SHIPPING LIABILITY
We ship USPS Priority Mail from Tennessee.  You will receive tracking information via email (to the email address you provided at checkout) when your order ships so you may track your package as it travels to you.  

Over the years, we have had a handful of packages permanently lost or damaged - it does happen. During the holidays or busy seasons, delivery times do increase due to the package volume mail carriers experience so PLEASE order early or allow plenty of time for the package to travel to its location.  Once your order leaves our store, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods or packages. If your order seems late in arrival, please refer to the tracking information we provide you. If your package tracking indicates it is "delivered" and you cannot locate your package, you would check with your local postal office and possibly file a claim with that office if they are unable to locate your package.  Your package is insured up to a certain limit with Priortity Mail service also.

 

RETURN POLICY 

ALL monogrammed products are made-to-order (to your specifications). Due to the custom nature of our products, they are not returnable. 

Returns for items that are not monogrammed are accepted within 7 days of purchase date.  The item must be in new condition, unworn without odors (cooking, smoking, perfumes, etc), and still have all tags attached.  Items must be returned with original receipt.  We do not accept returns on sale items.  

 

REFUNDS

All orders are final once your order is placed. Our dedicated team works closely with customers to identify and correct problems or missing information before products are produced. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accomodate refunds after your order is placed.  Please make sure your information is correct BEFORE checking out, and questions are submitted with your order, as changes are not possible once products are produced.

 

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Changes to orders after they are placed are not possible due to the quick turnaround we provide.  Orders go into processing immediately so that we can get them out the door quickly for you. Our team is outstanding at design consultation, so if you have a question contact us or submit it in the Notes section of your order.
